Centre team

The Centre’s team is made up of dynamic professionals specialized in different fields, possessing various methodologies to deal with different problems. This structure therefore ensures a wide range of diagnostic and intervention possibilities for psychological and neuro-evolutionary disorders of users and for the educational support of adults involved or interested.

The professionals of the Imparole team are trained in different areas:

  • Educational area: this area assumes a primary role, given our vocation to help the family, and is realized thanks to the figure of the educational therapist.
  • Medical area: child neuropsychiatrist, neuropsychomotricist, speech therapist,
Psychological area: clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, family mediator, counselor
  • Educational-therapeutic area: applicator of the Feuerstein method, educators of graphic gesture.

The variety of professional figures makes it possible to deal with every single request for diagnosis and intervention in an individualized way, responding to the specific needs of the user and his family.

It also makes it possible to take care of each user as a whole as a person and in his plurality of needs, without neglecting relations with the school and the educational agencies involved, in order to share common projects and goals for the well-being of all those involved, thanks to the figure of the pedagogical reference point.

One of the methods that sustains us is the Feuerstein Method: through MEDIATION, we know how to pay attention to the needs of families, we try to activate their resources, to put them in relation to each other in a network work, which also involves schools and teachers.

Raffaella Rosas

I am a educational therapist and together with two other partners I founded the Cooperative in 2004. I have always liked working with children and families in difficulty, helping them to discover their potential to turn them into cognitive crutches for autonomy. At the same time, I have always considered it important to work with teachers as well so that as mediators they can help the family grow up.
I have chosen the Feuerstein Method as a reference method since 1999, because I share the principles that characterize it and allows me and the whole Imparole team to work without prejudice, looking at the potential and not only the shortcomings, using as many methods as possible and various, that guarantee an “ecological” vision of the family. Last but not least, believe in the modifiability of everyone, we always understand and in any case!

Emanuela Pugliese

I am a neuro-psychomotric therapist trained in art therapy, mediator Feuerstein, currently in training at the Family Counseling School, in the Imparole team since 2004. The most important tools for my work are the body, sensory, movement, playful production, graphics, pictorial, manipulative, and narrative. I accompany children in a process that starts from the pleasure of experimentation, leads to the expression of their own needs and from expression proceeds towards thinking. By learning to move and play in a harmonious way, we integrate all the parts that build bodily identity in time, in space, in relationships to build a better organized, flexible and creative action and thought, capable of communicating to each other in a healthy reciprocity. I like to work in Imparole because it has characterized my training and allowed me to develop an integrated approach of relational, expressive, functional and cognitive methodologies in which the specificity of the person and the relationships it establishes are at the centre.  In Imparole it was possible to work effectively in the family’s involvement and in particular with parents.

I accompany adults and children through psychotherapy and support parents in their parental duties. I also support and supervise the Centre’s colleagues.

Why do I choose to work for Imparole? Because the most motivating part of my work is that of the encounter with the other, child or adult or colleague who is, in which I can experience listening, welcoming, respect, the possibility of dialogue and mutual confrontation. I like to discover the other as a mysterious universe and guide him to the discovery of his resources and in doing so learn from the other, from his efforts and achievements… we are all on the way….
